Ear Wax Removal (Microsuction)

Our Ear Wax Removal service uses microsuction — widely regarded as the safest and most comfortable way to remove built-up ear wax. A blockage of wax can cause muffled hearing, earache, a feeling of fullness, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), and even dizziness. Microsuction gently clears the blockage so you can hear clearly again.

Unlike traditional ear syringing, microsuction uses a gentle suction device and magnification to remove wax under direct vision, with no water flushed into the ear. This makes it cleaner, safer, and suitable for people with a history of ear problems, a perforated eardrum, or those who wear hearing aids.

Your appointment begins with a short assessment of your ears. In most cases the wax is removed in a single visit lasting around 15–30 minutes. We recommend using olive oil drops for a few days beforehand to soften the wax, which makes removal quicker and more comfortable.
