The information we collect

• Contact & enquiry details — your name, contact number, email and the content of any message you send us.
• Booking & appointment details — the service requested, your date of birth, address and preferred times.
• Health information — prescriptions, medicines, allergies, symptoms and other clinical details needed to provide pharmacy and clinical services. This is “special category” data and is treated with additional care.
• Website usage — limited technical information (such as pages visited) needed to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information and our lawful basis

We use your information to provide safe, effective pharmacy and healthcare services, to respond to your enquiries and manage bookings, and to meet our professional and legal obligations. Under UK GDPR our lawful bases include:

• the provision of health or social care (UK GDPR Article 9(2)(h)) for clinical and dispensing services, carried out by, or under the responsibility of, a health professional bound by confidentiality;
• compliance with our legal obligations (for example, NHS record-keeping and medicines regulations);

Sharing your information

We only share your information where necessary and lawful — for example, with your GP, the NHS and other healthcare providers involved in your care, and with trusted suppliers who help us operate (such as our booking or IT providers) under appropriate agreements. We keep clinical and dispensing records for the periods required by NHS and professional record-keeping guidance, and other information for no longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected.
